I just noticed that these cheezy guys are a band called “Wheat.” I haven’t heard them yet. I do recall seeing them listed at the CMJ New Music Festival 1999 (the year I played it with The Tares. I figured they weren’t still around, but they are. This means that if I ever get the time to record my first solo project, I’ll have to call it “Wheatbread” rather than “Wheat” (which is what I was planning on anyway)–that is if I don’t decide on somethign else all together.
