I found out that, in addition to my “real” job and my part-time music gig, I’ll also be teaching a section of freshman English this summer. This is exciting news, as I always welcome the chance to be in a college classroom, and the extra cash will help.
Besides a text of readings, we’ll be using the old standby grammar text: The Little, Brown Handbook. These days, text book companies include companion sites with their texts which include lots of online exercises, video tutorials, and the like. I’m rummaging through those to see which ones I might use.
