Sayz Me is a weird little Python + Tcl/tk script that reads things aloud. To make it work (and it only works on Windows at the moment), you’ll have to install the Win32 version of Python. You’ll also need to install the Microsoft speech API and then some voices. It works pretty well and is a useful way to force your way through texts that don’t really hold your interest.
