The Cp2DB project allows you to capture quiz reporting data from Adobe Captivate projects without resorting to an LMS. It provides this functionality using JavaScript and PHP and stores the results in a MySQL database.

It really only works with multiple-choice questions. That might be what’s throwing it off.
