I’ve been having some trouble the last few days with my host’s mailservers. Receiving emails is no problem, but I haven’t been able to send emails out. So I’ve been relying on my gmail account to send and respond to trouble tickets. Doing so has forced me to get a little more familiar with gmail, which I’m starting to like: especially the way it threads messages into “conversations”.
