Wheatblog App .05b released…

The latest version of Wheatblog App (the code used to maintain wheatblog, among other sites) has been released. We made some application-wide security improvements, implemented dynamic update of the categories lists, and made other nice tweaks. We didn’t screw with the database structure, so you can test it out on your existing database w/o problems. [...]

Seraph’s mosaic floor toy will keep you hypnotized. (Mine is called “wheat” but I can’t find a direct way to link to it). The limitations of the form make it quite a challenge. A good escape from all that ails you (unless staring at a monitor is what ails you).

Free staff paper…

I wrote out a few chord charts today. These staff paper PDFs fit the bill nicely (the 8 stave and 10 stave ones are perfect for lead sheets). Universities should serve the public good, afterall, right?

A few FireFox plugins of note…

At long last, K‘s tabbed-browsing plugin MiniT has been updated (to v 0.4) so that it plays well with FireFox 1.0 (and the latest 1.0.1). In the meantime, I had been using the feature rich but slightly less graceful Tab Mix. Guess what? You can use them both simultaneously, if you like (not sure if [...]
