I spent part of Saturday this past weekend as scorekeeper for team handball at a local Special Olympics competition. It was a lot of fun. And it reminded me that I should do more volunteer work (not only because it’s a good thing, but also because I enjoy it). My wife talked me into it (she was timekeeper for the same games). Before this weekend, I didn’t even know there was such a thing as team handball. The only handball I knew about was this game.
