The good news: my internet connectivity at home is back up and, in fact, is much faster than it has ever been previously. The bad news: a recent round of bad weather knocked out my linksys router and one of my laptops (my beloved Dell Latitude LS). I pulled the hard drive and mouted it via a USB box I have and it seems fine. I don’t know, at this point, if the machine itself can be fixed or not.
