Kid draws political cartoon about our president. Teacher rats him out to the superintendent who, in turn, calls the Secret Service. I can’t even comment on this one, I’m too busy hanging my head in shame.
Found some fun flash-based games designed for piano students. But the bass clef game (and the advanced version) are useful for bassists and other F-clef dwellers.
Using wheatblog app on a daily basis makes it easy to see which features and fixes are crucial. I beefed up the RSS a bit (now has summaries) and fixed their sort order. I also added email notification for new comments. These are small changes, but helpful ones.

An op-ed piece from The New York Times about the Hattiesburg, Mississippi incident (free registration required). I’ll be interested to see how this one plays out.
I released wheatblog app version .02b today. I am using a slightly customized version of it to maintain this blog. I’m happy to have it out the door. The original (.01b) version came out in July 8, 2001! I am happy with this new version and look forward to making further improvements to the code.
